TERMS & CONDITIONS
DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS
- Delivery of the Products shall be made to the address you specify in your Order.
- Shipping & packing charges: Shipping and packing charges shall be shouldered by buyers separate from the Order form.
- Delivery timeframe: You acknowledge that delivery of the Products is subject to availability of the Products.
- All delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can occur.
- If the delivery of your Product is delayed, our Tekplay Agent will inform you accordingly via E-mail/Text/Call/Chat and your Product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.
- Deemed receipt: In the event you do not receive the Product by the projected delivery date provided, please call out designated contact numbers for status updates.
HOW TO RETURN?
STEP 1: CHECK IF STILL UNDER WARRANTY
Upon purchase at Tekplay Store, your order comes with a warranty period.
Before returning the item, here’s the checklist if you are still eligible for warranty period
- If you already keep your OR for warranty claim.
- We have 7 days replacement if the item/s are proven to have damage or defect
- All item purchase at Tekplay Store is eligible for 1 year warranty for damage or factory defect.
- If Eligible to claim for warranty proceed to Step 2.
